MIXING:

  • The product may not be diluted under any circumstances.
  • Thoroughly mix B-Side base material with air driven power equipment until a homogeneous mixture and colour is obtained.
  • Both A-Side and B-Side material should be at the temperature ranging from 130- 140°F before application. B-Side based material must be thoroughly agitated until a homogenous mixture is obtained.
  • Do not allow air to be incorporated into the product.
  • Total suspension must be achieved. A-Side Isocyanate requires no mixing.

APPLICATION/USE:

  • Plural component, heated, high-pressure 1:1 spray mixing equipment like Graco’s Hydra Cat, Gusmer, or another equivalent machine may be used.
  • Both A-Side and B-Side materials should be sprayed at temperatures above 130°F.
  • Adequate pressure and temperature should be always maintained.
