We currently only deliver Orders placed via the Website/Website Call/WhatsApp to addresses within the United Arab Emirates.
Minimum order Amount
There is no Minimum order amount through our website.
The following options are available for delivery to your requested address in the United Arab Emirates:

- We reserve the right to impose redelivery charges where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
Free Delivery on Orders Over 200 AED within Dubai
Free delivery applies within Dubai when you spend over 200 AED or more online in a single order delivered to a single address. The basket value retained to determine the delivery fee is calculated inclusive of any other.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS INVOLVED IN THE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING OF AN ORDER?
Orders can take between 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process. Processing an order involves picking, packing, and getting the order ready for shipment. Once the order is picked up by the courier, it is considered ‘shipped’. Once order ships, an email with tracking information will be sent to you automatically. If you check out as a guest, tracking information will not be available.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
Yes, once an order is placed, you must immediately contact us via Website call/ WhatsApp and inform us on what you would like to change.

Please contact Customer Service to request assistance. Any item(s) that arrives damaged will need to be reported within ten days of delivery. We may request pictures to file a damage claim on your behalf. Example: a picture of the box and damaged item(s).
